- Breast Cancer Screening
- 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Call: 480-967-3767 or 1-800-285-0272 to schedule an appointment
- Most major insurance carriers are provided. Cost is $167 at time of service without insurance. Bring your insurance card and ID card, doctor’s name and address and location of your prior mammogram films the day of your appointment.
- Breast implant patients are accommodated. Recommended baseline age is 35 – 40 and the recommended annual age is 40 and over if you are at average risk. Patients under 30 must provide doctor’s referral.
- Appointments will last 15 minutes.
