Proposed DRCA Strategic Community Plan & Survey

Dear Desert Ridge Community Residents, Members and Stakeholders,

On behalf of the Desert Ridge Community Association Ad Hoc Committee, please click on the links below to view the “Proposed Desert Ridge Community Association Strategic Community Plan” that was presented at the Desert Ridge Town Hall Meeting on February 4th at Pinnacle High School and pdf link to the “Desert Ridge Specific Plan” for your review and consideration:

Below are the links to the Desert Ridge Strategic Community Plan Survey , Proposed Desert Ridge Strategic Community Plan and the Desert Ridge Specific Plan that you can click on to view and provide us with your input and feedback of the proposed plan.

A strategic community plan is the cornerstone of every community association. Without strategic planning, the community will never know where it is going…much less know if it ever got there.  Strategic planning is projecting where your association expects to be in 5, 10, or 15 years…and how your association will get there. It is a systematic planning process involving a number of steps and identify the current status of the association, including its mission, vision for the future, operating values, needs, strengths, weaknesses, threats, goals, prioritized actions and strategies, action plans, and marketing plans that will be of focus and importance to the association…and how you as community residents, members and stakeholders can play a key role in the process.

We value our community participation, input, comments and feedback in this process and respectfully ask that you review and complete the online survey by no later than Tuesday, March 1st at midnight.
