Toscana Residents
My name is Gilbert Berkowitz and I live with my wife Carole in a condominium at Toscana, 56th Street and Deer Valley Drive. We have enjoyed living in Toscana at Desert Ridge for the past eight fun-filled years. We love our sub-association amenities that include various social clubs (Book Club, Mah Jong, etc.) as well as Fun Friday’s and field trips to ball games and art galleries. The view from our spacious unit is great view and having underground parking is a pleasure, especially during the summer months.
Over the year’s we’ve come to realize that the Desert Ridge Community Association (DRCA) that comprises our “master association” has really stepped up their commitment to ongoing premier landscaping and demonstrable efforts to preserve our investment values. Like Toscana, we are finding well planned DRCA social events fun to partake in as they allow for the mingling of our young and mature residents to meet and become friendly with one another and build relationships. It is terrific knowing that most shopping, medical facilities and entertainment are all within walking distance and Carole and I could not consider ourselves living elsewhere within the City of Phoenix.
