In our last issue of the Winter 2013, we announced the Grand Opening of our new Desert Ridge Community Association office location in CityCenter of CityNorth at 5415 E. High Street, Suite 220, Phoenix, AZ 85054 and invited all our residents to come take a look and share in the celebration. Our official Grand Opening was held on February 27, 2013, prior to our Board of Directors Meeting. There were many residents, Board Members, staff and an appearance made by our very own District 2 Councilman, Jim Waring. We offered an office tour, had a cutting of the ribbon ceremony and provided food, drinks and of course…..cake!
There was a lot of construction behind all this and many other hands were involved that contributed towards bringing the new office to completion. Our new office now provides 2,600 square feet of space, including 1,000 square feet of space dedicated to a much larger conference room that will enable us to facilitate Desert Ridge Lifestyles relative to our coffee clubs, DRCA board and committee meetings, sub-association meetings as well as future events.
The Rossmar & Graham Team is very privileged to have partnered with Desert Ridge in the negotiations and acquisitions of the new office lease at CityCenter of CityNorth.
