A strategic community plan is the cornerstone of every community association. Without strategic planning, the community will never know where it is going…much less know if it ever got there. Strategic community planning is projecting where your association expects to be in 5, 10, or 15 years…and how your association will get there. It is a systematic planning process involving a number of steps and identify the current status of the association, including its mission, vision for the future, operating values, needs, strengths, weaknesses, threats, goals, prioritized actions and strategies, action plans, and marketing plans that will be of focus and importance to the association…and how you as community residents, members and stakeholders can play a key role in the process.
Please note the Desert Ridge Strategic Community Plan and Desert Ridge Town Hall Survey Results can only be viewed by Desert Ridge Community Association Members online via “FSR Connect” at: http://arizona.fsrconnect.com/desertridge
Once you have logged into FSR Connect, these documents can be found under the “My Community” tab, click on “Forms and Documents” and then click on “Association Documents”, the documents will appear in this section.

How to Sign-In/Register – Access to “FSR Connect”
- Please click on the Resident Welcome Page link at http://arizona.fsrconnect.com/desertridge
- Please enter your email address to login. If you do not have a registered email address or your email address has changed please contact Sharon Hooks at 480.551.4553 or Sharon.Hooks@fsresidential.com
- Please enter your FSR Connect passcode or click on “forgot password” to request a reset of your password.
- Enter your personal registration passcode:
- Or you may register with your e-mail address if it is in our data base
- Click on “my account” to view the various account options you have for viewing your account balance, address, etc.
- Note: Please make sure your billing address is correct. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure their billing address is kept current with the association. Should you need to request a billing address change, please email your request to addresschanges.az@fsresidential.com.

- Board and committee meeting minutes
- Community news
- Community calendar
- Association documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, etc.)
- Account balance and account history
- Update your emergency contact information
- Add yourself to a community directory, if you so choose (you will be able to opt in if you want your contact information to appear in the online directory)
- Communicate with your Community Manager, the Board of Directors and Committees
- Receive community information emails
- Receive important resident notifications via voicemail
