Secures a New Office at CityCenter of CityNorth

The Desert Ridge Community Association is moving into CityCenter of CityNorth and will occupy nearly 2,600 square-feet on the second floor of the building located at 5415 East High Street. The newly built office space along the prestigious “High Street” corridor includes a 1,000 square foot conference room that will host board meetings, sub-association meetings, lifestyle events and social gatherings for the Desert Ridge community.
CityCenter of CityNorth is a sophisticated urban community within Desert Ridge renowned for its exquisite restaurants, entertainment venues, contemporary luxury apartment homes, Class A office space and exhilarating events.
“We’re excited about the opening of a new Desert Ridge Community Association office in CityCenter of CityNorth,” said Doug Dickson, President of the Desert Ridge Community Association. “This larger facility recognizes the continued growth of Desert Ridge and provides our management team at Rossmar & Graham the space needed to maximize productivity. The additional meeting room will be a great community asset to support the eleven homeowner associations in our community.”
The Desert Ridge Community Association is proud of our recent successes with family-friendly events such as the Movie In the Park and Cashman Park Picnic. “The opening of the new Desert Ridge Community Association office will enable us to advance our ongoing efforts to promote, integrate, and provide enhanced community lifestyle services to all our residents,” said Terrance Smith, Community General Manager. Similarly, CityCenter of CityNorth’s High Street has become a gathering place for families and friends both in the Desert Ridge neighborhood and around the Valley. Exhilarating concert series, bustling farmers markets and engaging events help bring the Desert Ridge community together time and time again.
Plans are underway for the Desert Ridge Community Association office “Grand Opening” in late February, following our February 1, 2013 occupancy of the new office space located at 5415 East High Street, Suite 220, Phoenix, AZ 85054.
