Desert Ridge residents are definitely curious about what is planned for the CityNorth development. Rick Carpinelli, Senior Vice President of Acquisition Development for Crown Realty & Development (the Desert Ridge Master Developer) shared with the community the latest progress updates on CityNorth.
Grading of the land has been completed and work has begun on the infrastructure. Upon completion of the infrastructure, the next phase will be the streets, which is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2020. If all goes as planned, Phase I construction could begin by the third quarter of 2020.
