This is an update on the progress of ADOT’s and the City of Phoenix’s Black Mountain Blvd GMP #2 Project. This project is nearing completion, with the opening of the ramps, roundabout, and pedestrian bridge anticipated near the end of March 2016.
Beginning Monday through Friday (Feb. 1- 5), pedestrian bridge work will require the demolition of concrete between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The nearby public may experience an intermittent increase of noise from this work. The project team will attempt to minimize the noise and complete the work as quickly as possible.
