Please note these links can only be viewed by Desert Ridge Community Association members via FSR Connect.

Once logged in these documents can be found under the “My Community” tab, click on “Forms and Documents” and then click on “Association Documents”, the documents will appear in this section.

HOW TO REGISTER

  • Please enter your email address to login. If you do not have a registered email address or your email address has changed please contact Sharon Hooks at 480.551.4553 or Sharon.Hooks@fsresidential.com
  • Please enter your FSR Connect passcode or click on “forgot password” to request a reset of your password.
  • Enter your personal registration passcode:
  • Or you may register with your e-mail address if it is in our data base
  • Click on “my account” to view the various account options you have for viewing your account balance, address, etc.
  • Note:  Please make sure your billing address is correct.  It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure their billing address is kept current with the association.  Should you need to request a billing address change, please email your request to addresschanges.az@fsresidential.com.

WHAT CAN YOU ACCESS

  • Board and committee meeting minutes
  • Community news
  • Community calendar
  • Association documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Architectural Guidelines, etc.)
  • Account balance and account history
  • Update your emergency contact information
  • Add yourself to a community directory, if you so choose (you will be able to opt in if you want your contact information to appear in the online directory)
  • Communicate with your Community Manager, the Board of Directors and Committees
  • Receive community information emails
  • Receive important resident notifications via voicemail

Your personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or provided to any outside companies; this is for Association communication only.  We encourage you to register and enjoy your community website!
