Street lighting is important within the community, should you notice an APS light pole outage in the community or your neighborhood please report the location to the City of Phoenix so it can be repaired. Each light pole in the community has a number on the pole that will help the technician locate the malfunctioning street light, in addition, please provide the address or cross streets of the light pole location. Report a light pole to the City of Phoenix Transportation Department: https://www.phoenix.gov/formssite/Forms/emfixlit.aspx
Additionally, if you would like to request a new street light to be installed in your neighborhood please use this link to submit your request to the City of Phoenix https://www.phoenix.gov/formssite/Forms/emaddlight.aspx.
New street light installation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
