Holiday Lighting and Decorations
It’s that time of the year again. Let’s all be respectful of our neighbors and community.
Holiday lighting and/or decorations shall not become a nuisance to neighbors. Holiday lighting/decorations that directly correspond to specific and generally recognized events may be displayed for a period of seven days preceding the specific calendar holiday and must be removed within three days following the said holiday.
The only exception is for holiday lighting and/or decorations for the holidays that fall in the month of December. As to such holiday lighting and/or decorations otherwise complying herewith may be put up as early as the immediately preceding Thanksgiving holiday and must be removed no later than January 7th, 2016.
No holiday lighting and/or decorations can be placed by owners on common areas and electricity for such holiday lighting and/or decorations must be provided from the dwelling unit/lot and may not be derived from any common area facility.
