Regarding Cashman Park, is there a final figure on how much of our association funds have been expended on this?
Editor: As to the Cashman Park at Desert Ridge improvements, the DRCA budget was approved for $500,000 (through a membership vote). We incurred in excess of the DRCA budged amount, as a result of unforeseen change orders. However to date, the “Friends of Cashman Park Improvements Fund” has generated fundraising (cash and in-kind contributions/donations) totaling in excess of the overage spent and has been used to offset the park improvements change orders. Anyone interested in purchasing a custom brick can turn to page 28 of this magazine or call 480.551.4559 for more information. Thank you!!!
