Farmers Market “A Fantastic Success”

Farmers Market “A Fantastic Success”
Farmers Market Cashman Park at Desert Ridge enjoyed by many!

The City of Phoenix’s Cashman Park at Desert Ridge, 44th St. and Pathfinder Dr., is home to a new Farmers Market.  The market is sponsored by Desert Ridge Lifestyles and managed by M&M Events, it operates from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the third Sunday of each month from January through April.  We are pleased to announce that the January 18th event was well attended and received by more than 400 community residents and park goers who welcomed this event to its new location. Approximately 40 unique local vendors set up in the parking lot to sell produce and/or other food items. We are beyond excited that our Councilman Jim Waring attended the Farmers Market with his family. For additional information about dates and vendors, visit AZFarmersMarkets.us or DesertRidgeLifestyles.com.

Parking for the event will be available at neighboring Desert Trails Elementary School, 4315 E. Cashman Dr. Patrons also may access the park on foot or bicycle via pathways within the Desert Ridge community. The park will remain open to recreation users during the hours of the Farmers Market.
