Update: The Villages at Aviano

In 2006, when Toll Brothers went under shovel to break ground on their new townhome/condo development amply named, The Villages at Aviano, no one could have predicted that 11 years later we would still be talking about a completion date.
Through the economic downturn in 2008-09, Toll Brothers preserved the integrity of the community by temporarily shutting down construction in 2010 until the real estate market rebounded in late 2014.
Now the end is visibly in sight. “Sales have been exceeding expectations” stated Villages Sales Manager, Matt Trinklein. “At this sales pace we could be completely sold out by the end of 2017.” Construction of the last building that makes up the whole of the Villages at Aviano neighborhood is well under way.
Hats off to Toll Brothers for staying the course throughout the great, bad, and good years to see what they started in 2006 come to fruition in 2017.
