Each year, celebrities gather at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa for a glamorous evening filled with star musical performances that are part of one of the nation’s most impactful charity events – Celebrity Fight Night. JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa has been a proud long-term partner of Celebrity Fight Night, hosting the annual fundraising event year after year to benefit the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at the Barrow Neurological Institute as well as numerous other charities. By attending the event and bidding on live and silent auction items, each guest does their part to help win the fight for charities.
Recognized as one of the nation’s most elite and anticipated annual charity galas, Celebrity Fight Night has raised more than $100 million over the past two decades. The event held at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, the largest luxury resort in Arizona, is unique in that it features mostly entertainment and many spontaneous performances you won’t see anywhere else. Celebrities return year after year, for instance Reba McEntire emceed the 2015 event for the 10th consecutive year on her 60th birthday. Other entertainers and celebrities from the 2015 roster included David Foster, Blake Shelton, Josh Groban, Kelly Clarkson, Russell Wilson, Frank Caliendo, Ronnie Dunn, Melissa Peterman, Frankie Muniz, Gloria Gaynor, Jane Seymour, Quinton Aaron, Bruce Arians, and many more.
