ON STREET PARKING
On street parking by residents and tenants is prohibited except for a forty-eight hour temporary guest parking in the immediate vicinity of the host’s home. All parking at Desert Ridge must be on paved surfaces. No vehicle, trailer, boat etc. may be parked behind gates where visible from Neighboring Properties. Any vehicles parked on the street overnight will be tagged by our parking patrol company UTS. If you will be having guests parking on the street during the forty-eight hour guest parking time frame, please contact one of the Desert Ridge Compliance Coordinators to safe list the vehicle. UMBRELLAS
Since the summer heat is coming fast we are aware many residents use umbrellas for shade. Please keep in mind that all shade umbrellas must be less than ten feet in height and set back at least two feet from any property line when in the open position. The color of the shade must match the trim or dominant color of the dwelling unit. Any exceptions must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to installing any additional color other than that which matches the trim and/or the dominant color of the dwelling.
