2018 Budget – 15 Years Without an Increase
The board of directors has approved the 2018 budget and there’s great news! Assessments will remain unchanged for yet another year – that’s 15 years in a row without an increase! This is quite an accomplishment and the result of a great deal of work by those who serve on our board, committees and management team. Thank you to everyone who has served and contributed to our success!
In an effort to help everyone understand where our funds are spent, we’ve detailed the operating expenses in the proposed budget on page 24 of this issue. Take a moment to review the article and contact us with any questions.

We’ve all enjoyed serving with director Stephanie Rimmer, who joined our board in 2014. Her efforts on many committees have been appreciated and the effects of the Strategic Community Plan she co-authored will guide our community into the future. Desert Ridge is a tapestry of people, places and perspectives woven together to form a rich and unique community. We are wonderfully diverse, but come together as neighbors to create one of the most dynamic communities in our country.
