Arriving on High Street last April, Humble Bistro brings a fresh approach to dining in the Desert Ridge community. An atmosphere of food and friends is sensed as you enter. Casual and comfortable surroundings envelop the seating both inside and out.
A great bar greets you as you enter the premises. Whether your wish is wine, distilled spirits, or a cocktail off the vine, a fine selection awaits you. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. They make you feel right at home. They are attentive and helpful, answering questions regarding the offerings presented. The tables are roomy and comfortable.
You may choose to start with Great Beginnings. Dishes vary from Humble fries to
3-ball meatballs. Perhaps crispy Brussel sprouts or wings would be more to your liking. The taste is as refined as the selection. A smorgasboard or bistroboard would allow you to sample several types of meats and cheeses, as well as vegetables, hummus, and forno bread.
