Desert Ridge Monument Sign

Did You Know?

WE PROVIDE NOTARY SERVICES

To help make our residents’ lives more convenient, the Desert Ridge Community Association provides notary services to Desert Ridge residents free of charge.

What Does a Notary Do?

Simply put, notary publics are people appointed by the state of Arizona to act as an impartial witness to prevent fraud during the signing of a document. A notary public will essentially monitor the signing process for you to ensure the legitimacy of a signature.

Where to Find a Notary

The Desert Ridge Community Association office is located in Suite 133 at 5415 E High Street. The office is in the Fountain Courtyard next to the water feature. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and there are 2 notaries on staff.

Be Prepared For Your Notary Visit
  • Please make an appointment so that we can be prepared for your visit.
  • Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
  • Some documents may require a witness in addition to the notarization. In most cases, there will be additional staff on site that would be able to sign as a witness. However, that may not always be the case, so please call and check first if you’ll need an additional witness.

We Like Keeping in Touch

If you’re a newer resident in Desert Ridge, you may not know that one of the ways we keep in touch with our community is through eblasts. We keep you up-to-date about events and news in Desert Ridge, along with other essential information (such as road repair work, expressway closings, etc). If you’d like to stay informed, send an email to desertridge.az@fsresidential.com with the words “Subscribe Me” in the subject line, and we’ll make sure you’re added to our email list.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails, it’s easy to click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the eblast to opt out from receiving future emails. Of course, you’ll miss out on news of all the exciting events happening in your community, but you can always stay informed by visiting our website at desertridgelifestyles.com.

Making It Even Easier

In our effort to make the processes as convenient as possible for our residents, we have updated the DRCA Architectural Request Form, the Complaint Form and Notification Form so homeowners can complete and submit to us online. These new forms are under the “Forms & Docs” tab on the Desert Ridge Lifestyles website.

Desert Ridge’s Newest Addition

The Desert Ridge Community Association is on the move….literally! As the community grows, so has the need for the management team to be more mobile, without the reliance on and use of their personal vehicles.

Introducing the newest addition to the Desert Ridge Communication Association — the 2020 Hyundai Kona ES SUV — that will be used to perform daily side inspections of the community, travel to Desert Ridge Lifestyle events and activities, and other related responsibilities of the association.

Please look for us in your neighborhood and wave when you see us in the community!
