Congratulations to the New Desert Ridge Community Association Board
The Desert Ridge Community Association’s (Master Association) new board was elected on April 18th and took office that day. The four (4) board members elected to serve a
two (2) year term of office are:
Doug Dickson, Reginald Younger, Jr., Steve Burns and Debi La Rosa were re-elected as incumbent board members. These board members will join Barry Goldfarb, Rich Brash, and newly appointed Rick Carpinelli to make-up the 2019 Board of Directors for the Desert Ridge Community Association. Rick Carpinelli was appointed to fill the seat on the DRCA Board of Directors to serve out the remaining one (1) year term of office for Carl Prettyman, Jr., who tenured his resignation from the DRCA Board of Directors prior to the annual meeting. Rick Carpinelli is the Senior Vice President for Crown Realty & Development, which is the new Desert Ridge Master Developer. Please join with us in thanking Mr. Carl Prettyman, Jr., for his exemplary service on the board and welcoming Rick Carpinelli to the DRCA Board of Directors.
