Feature on the Luxe

The Statesman Group recently celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony for The Luxe, a $145 million luxury condominium community located in Desert Ridge, where they were joined by city leaders, community groups, future residents and partners to commemorate
the start of construction on the first phase.

A family-owned and operated real estate development company, Statesman originally acquired 50 acres of land within the Desert Ridge master-planned community located on the NWC of Deer Valley Drive and 56th street and is actively developing the remaining 23 acres. The Luxe occupies 10 acres on the west side of the property while Montreux Apartments and The Manor Village Senior Community sits on 13 acres to the east. They are separated by Toscana of Desert Ridge, Statesman’s nearly-sold-out condominium community with less than 5 of 677 residences remaining available for purchase. The property is directly across from the restaurants, bars and retailers on High Street and adjacent to Desert Ridge Marketplace.

As one of the only luxury condominium communities of its kind in North Phoenix with a robust lineup of resort-style amenities and just steps away from dining, shopping, and entertainment, The Luxe has been met with high demand as the first phase of 30 homes nears sell-out with less than 10 units remaining. The second phase of 35 residences will launch sales next month.

Priced from the Mid $600’s, The Luxe is a collection of 223 single-story two- and three-bedroom condominiums that sit within six, four-story buildings ranging in size from 1,632 to 2,281 square feet and customizable penthouse units up to 3,300 square feet. Within the first phase, homes will feature modern, open living spaces with oversized great rooms; large walk-in closets; expansive kitchens with built-in ovens, drop-in stovetops and oversized islands; and some of the Valley’s largest condominium patios complete with an optional outdoor kitchen for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Each residence will also feature smart home technology including a doorbell camera, smart door locks, smart lighting, smart thermostat, door/window/motion sensors and a Vivint Sky Panel that controls all features anytime, anywhere from a smart device. Two underground parking stalls with extensive storage and an optional garage gate for privacy will also be available for residents.

Residents will also have access to resort- style amenities including an 12,767 square-foot clubhouse with an expedition kitchen and wine room, multi-seat movie theater, game area, indoor mailroom, working lounge and conference room; and a 4,000 square-foot fitness center with Peloton Bikes, a yoga room and his and her steam rooms with showers. The amenities continue outdoors with two heated pools, one nearly Olympic-sized length; an outdoor kitchen with barbecues; a picturesque Beer Garden- inspired space with strung bulb lighting and long communal tables, grass and picnic tables; and lush, verdant landscaping throughout the property.

The Sales Gallery is open to the public and features a state-of-the-art interactive experience where prospective buyers can experience the floorplans and see specific views from each residence.
