As you have all noticed, currently there are homes being built in the Desert Ridge Community.
Here is an update on this construction from Pulte, the builder of the Fireside Community:
We recently paved the last remaining subdivision in Fireside located at the southeast corner of Deer Valley Road and Black Mountain Parkway! We released these home-sites for sale in late January while we work to complete the landscape and wall improvements. This community continues to be a top performer for the Division and Company by selling and closing nearly 10 homes per month. We currently have nearly 700 rooftops and look forward to building out the community in the near future.
Fireside Elementary School is being built in the Fireside Community. The Paradise Valley Unified School District school is at the intersection of Mayo Boulevard and Lone Cactus. The school, will open in fall 2012.
