Notes: Owners are responsible for payments of all amounts including, without limitation, assessments, late charges, collection cost, attorney’s fees and court costs, regardless of whether the Owner has received a statement or any of the letters, notices or liens referenced in this collection policy. The failure of the Association to send a bill, letter or lien to the Owner shall not relieve the Owner of the obligation to pay for all assessments, late charges, collection costs, attorneys’ fees and court cost.
